Close to Dong Xuan market, lots of street food.

I had a decent two-night stay in a Junior Suite with Balcony. The room was spacious, but the furniture felt outdated and in need of maintenance. On a positive note, breakfast was satisfactory and served in a cozy atmosphere, perfect for starting the day. However, improvements in room upkeep would enhance the overall experience.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Unfortunately, during my visit, I experienced several issues. The shower's water temperature fluctuated, and despite my attempts to fix it, I was often left with cold water. Additionally, the noise from the street was quite disruptive, and I needed to use earplugs to get a decent night's sleep. Lastly, the breakfast area felt overly cramped, making it difficult to enjoy the meal comfortably.

The staff went above and beyond, ensuring I felt welcomed. Each morning, I was treated to a good breakfast with made-to-order dishes, including fresh eggs and pancakes that set the tone for the day. Plus, the spa services were nothing short of divine-a full body massage was the cherry on top of my stay, leaving me refreshed and relaxed!

The staff was friendly and welcoming during our two-night stay. The deluxe twin room provided ample space for our family, and we appreciated the stunning city view that brightened our mornings. The central location made exploring nearby landmarks convenient and enjoyable.

the silk boutique hotel & spa is a nice boutique hotel with really helpful staff. it's located perfectly near the lake and the old town, surrounded by shops and restaurants. the small breakfast was enough to kickstart our day of exploring. also, the spa offered discounts which was a treat!
